If your preferred week(s) AND backup week(s) are full:
Your camper will automatically be placed on the waitlist for all selected weeks.
*We will not be enrolling campers for consecutive weeks between Week 3 and Week 4

$1,150 Per Camper Week
Camp rates include ALL fees with your week(s) at Camp. Cost includes all Camp activities and meals, a Camp t-shirt, Camp laundry, and all snacks and drinks from the Camp Store.
Deposits are NOT required to submit an application; however once we enroll your camper a $250 deposit per camper week is required. $50 of this deposit is a non-refundable registration fee. We do not charge credit cards until after your camper is enrolled.
There is a 3% service fee for using a credit card.
Payment via eCheck is available.
Payments for camp
Once your camper is enrolled, payments are made on your online camp account login.
The remaining balance of payment is due by June 1. If payment is not received in full by June 1, a camper’s place may be given to an applicant on the waiting list.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Deposits will be refunded, less a $50 registration fee, if your camper’s enrollment is canceled prior to April 1. Deposits will not be refunded after April 1.
Any cancellations that happen after June 1 will be refunded ONLY in the event that we are able to fill your child’s spot.
All camp balances are due by June 1. If your camper’s balance is not paid in full by June 1, we will begin to fill the spot with the waitlisted campers.
We will continue to fill spots for Campers as spaces open up even into the summer. Cancellations do happen, often times very close to the start of Camp and during the summer.
We are unable to issue refunds to participants who go home during Camp for any reason: injuries, illness, homesickness, behavioral issues, or family emergencies.
Should your camper receive a positive Covid-19 test, or in the event that there is a positive Covid case at Camp that impacts your camper’s attendance or ability to remain at Camp, we will work with families on resolving finances at that time or work with you to assess availability in a later session for an arrival delayed and a negative COVID-19 test.
Although rare, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust a session due to emergencies, weather, or other situations out of our control. Camp Varsity would reach out to families to resolve finances.
